Shipping & Delivery Information
Regular Shipping
We will personalize and ship most items to arrive in 10-14 days. However, some items require more personalization time, up to 4 weeks. These items cannot be expedited. Please refer to individual product pages for details.
We ship via Federal Express Smart Post/USPS to any continental U.S. destination. We ship via USPS Priority mail to any APO/FPO address. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories ship airfreight at an additional $10.95. Canadian orders ship USPS Priority Mail at an additional $10.95.
International orders ship via International Parcel Post. To check on the status of an existing order, please use our Check Order Status form.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Some of our merchandise requires additional shipping charges for heavy or over-sized items. Additional charges are listed in the product description for individual items.
Each order has a $4.95 personalization fee for personalized items. This is a single fee for the entire order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates vary according to the destination country and the weight of the item ordered. Charges will be calculated on each individual order. Additional customs and duty taxes may be charged on international orders. The customer is responsible for these fees.
Orders being shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Territories will be shipped at an additional $10.95
Delivery time to locations outside the United States will vary by product ordered, country and province. We cannot guarantee ship times for international shipments due to customs delays that are outside of our control.
TAX
When shipping to Michigan, a state sales tax of 6.00% will be added to your order.
